5. Copy of Caste Certificate for ST/SC/OBC Candidates
6. Copy of Aadhar Card and SSSM ID.
7. NEFT/IMPS Receipt

Note :- Failing to present the above mentioned documents will subject to cancellation of registration.

1. Submission of registration form is not an assurance / security of admission.
2. The selection of the students will be purely on the basis of observation and entrance test for LKG to Class XI.
